1. The face doesn't look like me
Use a sharp, front-facing photo with even light. Sunglasses, hats pulled low, strong side light and beauty filters all make it harder. If you try a better photo and it still doesn't look like you, email us and we refund that video.
2. The wrong person is on the table
Check the option you picked. Me on the table puts you on the little table. Me walking in makes you the person who comes in and sits on the bench. In Both of us, the photo in the On the table slot is the one who sits on the table.
3. My clothes changed
The video uses the outfit in your photo. If the photo only shows your face, the AI has to guess the rest. A photo down to the knees keeps your clothes.
4. Both of us came out as one person, or swapped
Use two separate photos, one person each. A single group photo in both slots confuses who is who.
5. My pet doesn't look like my pet
Use a photo where your pet's face and body are clearly visible, not half hidden or blurry. Close-ups of just the nose leave too much to guess.
6. It's taking a long time or says failed
Most videos take about 5 minutes and you can close the page; it waits in My videos. If a video fails, the credit comes back automatically, so you can try again without paying twice.
7. I paid but don't see credits
Refresh the page after the payment window closes. If the credits still aren't there after a few minutes, email support@firsttimeinafancycafe.org with the email you signed in with and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.
